1. Introduction

Welcome to LC Design! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from LC Design, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Custom orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment and final design approval.

3. Custom & Bespoke Orders

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  • Clients must review and approve final proofs before printing. LC Design is not responsible for errors in approved designs.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Standard production timelines vary and will be communicated at the time of order.

  • Shipping times depend on the delivery location and selected courier service.

  • LC Design is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, templates, and materials created by LC Design remain the intellectual property of LC Design.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • LC Design is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from improper handling of our products.

  • We do our best to ensure color accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.

REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 29, 2025

1. Custom & Personalized Products

  • All custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable.

  • If an issue arises due to a production error on our part, we will work with you to resolve it.

2. Cancellations & Changes

  • If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of placing the order and before production has started, a 40% cancellation fee will apply.

  • No refunds will be issued once production has started.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-customized items may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
